Choosing The Right Floor?

Alpine provides an all-in service, from concept to completion. Every room, house or building is different in size, shape and detail, with differing levels of preparation required for subfloor,  doors surrounds and special features of rooms for example fireplaces, etc.

Individual customer(s) have different requirements in terms of for décor, colour, or shade which can all vary greatly.

Alpine will assist our customers in making the best choice to suit their needs and budgets, offering a FREE on-site design service (with no obligation) where we bring our samples into your home and assist you to make the right choice. We can advise and help with durability, and right choice of floor to suit your requirements, décor, lighting and furniture.

Every attempt is made to ensure that all aspects of our on-site survey is carried out to the fullest extent possible, that way all quotation avoid unnecessary price changes.  This is where every attempt will be made to gain access to the sub-floor for inspection as this is often an area where additional costs apply. ( see: Sub Floor Preparation). As part of the survey both Humidity and  Moisture Reading will be taken in order to avoid future problems by installing the wrong floor into the wrong environment. We also expect our customers to share with us any unusual problems that they may have encountered with their house in the past for example rising damp, poor DPM in sub-floor or walls as this type of atmosphere can and will affect how certain floor behave once they have been installed.
